Thanksgiving x 2

We were invited to join friends in Destin, FL this year for Thanksgiving.  How can you pass up friends in FL  when it's below freezing in TN?  This meant my family's turkey day was moved up a week.  It actually worked out perfectly b/c family members that usually can't come, we able to join us, but it meant simplifying my table do I had time to cook, clean, and pack.

I kept the centerpiece I already had from a previous table and just changed up the place settings.

The table all set for 12! Decided to just use a small table for the extra 3 rather than pulling out the drop leaf table.

Hubby and me spent the month of October gathering and bleaching leaves.

Destin Thanksgiving
I know it looks like Christmas, but that's b/c our friends that own the condo go back to AZ for the holiday and she wanted to enjoy her Christmas decorations here before they left.  Loved it!

All the goodies we each brought to share.

Bob cooked the best turkey I have ever eaten!  Then we hit all the sales, spent all our money and drove home with our loaded sleigh!  So great to spend time with good friends.

  11. I simply wanted to appreciate you yet again. I am not sure what I would have used without the type of information shared by you directly on such a subject. This was a very alarming setting in my view, however , spending time with a skilled mode you handled that made me to cry for fulfillment. I am just happy for this information and thus hope you are aware of a great job you are doing teaching most people using a blog. I know that you’ve never got to know all of us.
